Bauroc Murfor Compact block reinforcement

For wall reinforcement of AEROC blocks, we recommend using Murfor reinforcement. Murfor is a galvanized, thin reinforcement (L=3.05m), which is easy to install and saves time as there is no need to groove the blocks for inserting reinforcement. Murfor reinforcement is installed by first covering the block with a thin layer of adhesive and embedding the Murfor reinforcement in it. Then another thin layer of adhesive is applied, followed by the installation of the next row of blocks. Where two reinforcement fragments meet, their ends should overlap by 250 mm.

We offer galvanized Murfor reinforcement in four different widths: 40 mm, 90 mm, 140 mm, and 190 mm. Murfor reinforcement is inserted in the first, every fourth, and last row of blocks, as well as under window sills and in places where there are load-bearing beams.
