BBR ceramic blocks, 5 MPa

BBR ceramic blocks 5MPA are made using technology and properties of raw materials (ceramic - lightweight filler with good thermal insulation properties; cement - highly durable binder, resistant to moisture and with excellent adhesion to plaster) that allow to obtain solid blocks. The blocks have excellent quality, they are geometrically precise and properly packaged. Each production batch is tested in the factory laboratory, equipped with the most modern equipment from the Italian company Controls.

The quality control of ceramic products is carried out by an independent laboratory. All BBR block products have quality certificates, which allow marking the production with the ?? sign, including the sanitary epidemiological opinion required for the use of these products in the territory of Russia. The blocks are manufactured according to the LVL EN 771-3:2003 standard.

They have the following properties:

• durable and lightweight;
• resistant to impact and fire;
• air-permeable material with good thermal and sound insulation properties;
• excellent for finishing, easy to process, suitable for various types of plaster;
• resistant to moisture (low water absorption and capillarity) and chemicals;
• non-rotting and non-moldy;
• environmentally safe.

Ceramic concrete blocks are used for:

• construction both below and above ground level;
• building foundations and plinths;
• construction of external and internal walls;
• covering of beams.

They may have the following standard specified tolerances:

• length, width, height +/-3 mm;
• straight angles and flatness deviation +/-2 mm
