To ensure consistently pleasant environment, air exchange should occur 6 - 12 times per hour. To achieve this, the air supply or stove power should correspond to the room volume.

The grease filter provides a pleasant and fresh atmosphere during and after cooking.
For extractors designed for extraction and recirculation modes, a metal grease filter is required to filter grease and other solid particles from the extracted air. To ensure maximum efficiency, clean the filters once a month by hand washing or placing them in the dishwasher.
