Fast water heating thanks to powerful heating element
Depending on the model, the heating element power ranges from 1.2 - 2kW. Thanks to this, water heating from 15 - 65°C degrees takes from one and a half to three and a half hours, depending on the Bosch Tronic model and volume. All models are equipped with a thermometer that shows the current hot water temperature.

"Anti-freeze" mode
The minimum recommended room temperature is 0°C degrees. However, to prevent water from freezing in the tank during the winter period, it needs to be drained or set to anti-freeze mode. Anti-freeze mode means setting the thermostat to a temperature of 10°C degrees. Thus, the thermostat will maintain a temperature of 10°C degrees in the tank during the winter period, while consuming a minimum amount of electricity.

Increased magnesium anode for additional corrosion protection
Corrosion is one of the most common problems with hot water tanks. Therefore, all Bosch Tronic series electric heaters use an increased magnesium anode. The possibility of corrosion is influenced by water quality and the maintenance of the hot water tank. Maintenance should be performed by an authorized service partner once a year.
