• Skin tone varies not only in different body areas, but also within the same area.
• Each skin tone requires a specific energy level. The darker the skin tone, the more energy the skin absorbs, which can cause discomfort.
• Braun Silk-expert Pro IPL is the only technology with the intelligent SensoAdapt™ skin tone sensor that continuously reads the skin tone (up to 80 times per second) before each flash, and automatically optimizes the light intensity based on the skin color. This technology allows for the application of the necessary amount of light for effective and safe treatment.

User-friendly treatment modes

• Normal mode is recommended for treating leg, arm, chest and back skin surfaces.
  
• Gentle and extra gentle modes are ideal for first-time users or treating sensitive areas such as the face and bikini area. In this mode, the technology adjusts to different skin tones as quickly and accurately as in normal mode, but with a lower energy level.
  
• Glide mode: allows for quick and efficient treatment of large areas (such as legs, arms, chest and back). In this mode, press and hold the treatment button, and slowly and continuously move the device from bottom to top over the treated area.
  
• Precision mode: recommended for treating sensitive or hard-to-reach areas such as knees, thighs, ankles, bikini area or underarms, as well as women's faces. To perform the treatment, press and immediately release the treatment button. The device will emit a flash. Lift the device off the skin and place it on the next adjacent treatment area.
