Capture high-quality 4K UHD video with the XA60 compact camcorder. In addition to excellent HD processing with Over Sampling, advanced autofocus, Canon's 20x optical zoom lens and HD live streaming capability with the UVC1 connected to a PC via a USB-C cable, you can also shoot high-quality content in XF-AVC or MP4 format.
Compact professional 4K UHD camcorder
Capture breathtaking 4K UHD and brilliant Full HD images thanks to the 4K 1/2.3-type CMOS sensor and DIGIC DV6 image processor. Sampling HD processing ensures Full HD images from a 4K sensor.
4K 20x optical zoom lens
Canon's lens includes a 29.3mm wide angle (35mm equivalent) and with Dynamic IS, it also has an impressive 612mm range. Digital zoom provides up to 800x magnification with five-axis image stabilization.
Fast, accurate focusing with face detection
Adjustable focusing speeds and the advanced Hybrid AF system ensure fast and accurate focusing. Use the 3.5-inch LCD screen to set focus by touching the desired AF point. Face detection AF and face tracking are available, while manual focus can be set using the focus/zoom ring.
XF-AVC and MP4 for flexible recording
Select XF-AVC or MP4 recording format. Record XF-AVC 4K UHD footage at 160Mbps and 25P, as well as Full HD footage at 45Mbps and 50P/50i/25P. For smaller files, record MP4 4K footage at 150Mbps and 25P, and Full HD footage at 35Mbps or 17Mbps and 50P/25P.
Many shooting features
Output options include simultaneous backup and recording memory switching via two SD cards and infrared mode. For special recording needs, there is the option to record content in slow motion with Full HD 0.5x or fast mode with 4K/Full HD up to 1200x. Match colors with other Canon cameras using the custom image menu.
Live streaming and more
Stream HD content using the UVC1 when connected to a PC, or add a date and time stamp using OSD recording. Two XLR terminals on a removable handle as well as four-channel linear PCM provide professional audio capabilities.
