Uponor Ecoflex Thermo Twin pipe system

Lokana, industrially insulated, self-compensating plastic pipe system for underground installation in heating systems. Flow and return pipes with blue and red insulation markings. Designed according to EN 15632-3 standard. Annual DIN Certco certification based on verified heat loss calculations according to VDI 2055. KIWA KOMO system certification according to BRL 5609 guidelines.

Heat carrier pipe: Pipes are made of chemically cross-linked polyethylene (PE-Xa) according to EN 15875, oxygen diffusion according to EN 15632. Oxygen impermeability and long-term durability tested according to EN 15632, 15000 hours at 110°C. Working pressure 6 bar. Temporary operating temperature 95°C.

Insulating material: multi-layer, durable, flexible PE-X material with closed pores.

Outer shell: Ribbed polyethylene (HDPE). Verified for static load for heavy transport of 60 tons.
