Suitable for fastening facades, roofs, wood and metal structures, metal profiles, columns, beams, consoles, ledges, sanitary equipment, cable trays, pipelines, post-installation reinforcement connections (reconstruction or strengthening), etc.

ESSVE ONE anchor adhesive consists of vinyl ester resins that do not contain styrene and is supplied in a 2-component cartridge system. This high-performance product can be used with manual, battery or pneumatic tools and a static mixer. It was specially developed for anchoring threaded rods, reinforcement bars or internal threaded rod couplers in concrete (including porous and lightweight concrete) and masonry. Due to its excellent viscosity, it is suitable for use in hollow masonry material in combination with a perforated plastic anchor. ESSVE ONE is characterized by a wide range of applications with an installation temperature range from 0°C to +40°C and a service temperature range from -40°C to +120°C after complete curing. It is also suitable for use in extreme conditions with high chemical resistance, such as swimming pools (chlorine) or near the sea (salt). The wide range of certifications, national and international approvals, allows for almost universal use.

Use and storage

Storage: Store in a cool and dark place, storage temperature: from +5°C to +25°C

Shelf life: at least 3 months in cartridges.

The cartridge can be reused until the end of the shelf life by replacing the static mixer or resealing the cartridge with a cap.
