ESSVE ECM anchor is designed for fastening screws, threaded rods or reinforcement in solid and porous materials such as concrete, natural stone, brick, hollow material, lightweight clinker and lightweight concrete. Lightweight concrete and lightweight clinker are also known as Leca, Ytong, Siporex, blue concrete, etc.

ESSVE ECM anchor consists of styrene-free polyester resins supplied in a 2-component foil tube system. The product is compatible with manual, battery or pneumatic tools and static mixers. It is designed as an alternative for anchoring threaded rods and internal threaded rod sockets for approved applications. Simple and secure installation in hollow bricks is guaranteed when combined with a perforated socket. ESSVE ECM is characterized by a wide range of applications with an installation temperature range from 0°C to +40°C and a usage temperature range from -40°C to +80°C after complete curing.

Usage and Storage

• Storage: store in a cool and dark place, storage temperature: from +5°C to +25°C
• Shelf life: at least 3 months
• The cartridge can be reused until the end of the shelf life by replacing the static mixer or closing the cartridge with a cap
