FABER STEELMAX steam extractor in clean lines will become a distinctive and everlasting element in every modern kitchen. The vertical panel made of black glass does not interfere with cooking and is also very easy to clean. In case of a large amount of steam, you can help collect it by opening the panel with the handle.

Inside the steam extractor, there is a hidden modern EVO ventilation system, which stands out with its high performance and low energy consumption. The possibility to convert the hood for connection to a recovery system is unique. In this case, the extractor is delivered without a motor and is equipped with an additional grease filter to capture the finest greasy particles. FABER has been offering this solution for 10 years as the only manufacturer on the market!

Another interesting option is the movement of the motor outside the kitchen. The REMOTE BLOWER system allows you to convert the extractor into a motorless extractor and use the original motor to create an external ventilation system EVJ, which can be placed in the attic, utility room or basement. It can also be connected to the roof external ventilation system VILPE, which is available in several colors. In this case, the technical parameters of the motor are identical to the parameters of the external ventilation system. In all these cases, all the functions of the steam extractor are preserved, the operation becomes noiseless, and in the case of direct connection to the recovery system, the house can be certified as passive. The slotted intake together with the additional suction zone in the lower part of the hood ensures effective capture of all steam.

The control is touch-sensitive and offers three speed levels, intensive suction function and post-cooking ventilation. Your workspace will be perfectly illuminated by two LED bulbs with a daylight-like light spectrum. The package includes a telescopic stainless steel chimney, in case of recirculation operation, a recirculation kit and a carbon filter kit must be ordered separately.
