FAKRO DEC-C P2 electric skylight with transparent dome - The C model of the skylight uses a single-chamber glass package with two glasses. The internal glass is laminated P2A class anti-vandal glass. If the glass breaks, the glass fragments do not pose a danger as they are held together by a laminate film. The P2 glass package has an innovative mounting system that prevents unauthorized removal of the glass package from the window. The dome is made of durable polycarbonate. It is characterized by high resistance to impact and adverse weather conditions such as rain or hail. Special coatings on the outer and inner surface of the dome protect against ultraviolet radiation.

The heat transfer coefficient for the window is U=1.2W/m2K, which is a 14% better result compared to similar-sized windows from other manufacturers. Skylights with an eight-glass package U8 are also available. In this case, the heat transfer coefficient for the window is U=0.72W/m2K. These excellent energy efficiency parameters make this window suitable for energy-efficient and passive building construction.

The design of the skylight allows it to be equipped with both internal and external window accessories. The external awning profile system allows it to be installed under the dome of the window, protecting it from damage caused by strong winds.
