The new generation preSelect roof windows can be opened both from the top and middle axis. The opening mechanism ensures a stable window position in any of the opening modes, which can be changed with the switch located on the sides of the window frame. With the top hinges, the window can be opened from 0° to 35° angle relative to the roof plane. By lifting the window sash upwards, it is possible to access the open window and observe the surroundings without obstruction. Using the middle hinges, the sash can be rotated by 180°, allowing for easy cleaning of the outer glass of the window and installation or removal of the external awning. The innovative solution allows for opening the window in only one mode and ensures stability of the sash in both positions. The opening method can be changed by using the preSelect switch located in the middle of the sash, which is accessible when the window is open.

The handle located in the lower part of the sash allows for easy opening of roof windows installed at a higher level. The various locking positions of the handle provide two micro-ventilation modes.
