FAKRO FGH-V P2 Roof Windows - Lux Balcony - Innovative, large roof windows that, when opened, create a balcony. The top sash opens upwards to a 45° angle, while the bottom sash opens forward to a vertical position. The side frames are integrated into the bottom sash and slide open when it is opened. Suitable for installation on roofs with a slope of 35° to 55°. Note: the balcony window is intended for installation in the roof structure, not in the building wall. The top sash opens upwards to a 45° angle, while the bottom sash opens forward to a vertical position, allowing for the use of the created balcony niche. The opening mechanism ensures stable sash fixation within the range of 0° to 45°. When opening the bottom sash, the balcony frames also open, but when closing the bottom sash, the frames hide in the window and are not visible above the roof covering. The frames are covered with external metal profiles that protect them from dirt.

The windows are equipped with the automatic ventilation valve V40P. Both sashes are made of laminated P2A class anti-vandal glass units. The topSafe system guarantees increased security against break-ins. The highest quality, layered glued pine wood, impregnated in a vacuum chamber, with the wood parts coated with two layers of ecological acrylic lacquer. The handle of the top window is located in the bottom part of the sash, and when closing it, the mechanism slides into the slots on the sides of the window and closes it. The external glass of the window can be easily cleaned, as the sash can be rotated 180° and locked. The windows are available with a wide range of accessories and additional equipment.
