The two sided reversible and removable plates (one with griddle and one with flat surface) make this grill extremely versatile and gives perfect results whatever your recipe from seared steaks to delicately grilled vegetables. You can use the ribbed grill plates for those perfect grill marks or the flat griddle plates for eggs and pancakes.

The option to raise the upper grilling place and hold it in place will prove convenient when heating up open-face sandwiches or making gratins. The grill can also be completely opened for extra grilling surface.

The option of thermostatic setting allows grilling at an accurately set temperature for excellent results every single time. You can choose the temperature between four levels. When the set temperature is reached, the control light switches off. The grilling plates heat up rapidly, saving you a lot of your precious time.
