Choose one of the three modes
On the clear touch-sensitive control panel, select the desired action. For mixing ingredients, choose only the mixing mode. This will help you skip the previous mixing with a mixer. For drinks, smoothies, or some fancy cocktails, choose the Cooling Only mode. To make ice cream, simply select the ice cream mode, which will automatically start the process and remind you when it's finished with 10 short beeps.
