Hormann ZK Zinc-coated Technical Metal Interior Doors, Painted (RAL 9016)

HORMANN ZK zinc-coated, painted metal interior doors, color RAL 9016.

Includes: black handle, lock, 2 hinges, corner box with seal (box with frame on one side).

Ready-to-install lockable doors with frame, hinges, lock, handle, and temporary cylinder. Class III climate according to RAL RG 426. Mechanical load group S. Door leafs without window, with corner box thermal insulation according to EN ISO 12567-1, UD=2.1 W/m2∙K.

Leaf zinc-coated with powder coating RAL 9016, smooth matte finish. Box made of zinc-coated metal with powder coating RAL 9016.

Leaf - 40 mm thick, with a 3-sided groove, 0.6 mm thick double-sided zinc-coated steel, with cellular filling.

Box - corner box, made of steel profiles with integrated frame on one side. Made of 1.5 mm thick steel. With seal. With attached plates for fixing in the door frame. Right or left turning direction.

Lock - lock DIN18251- 3rd class. Suitable for PZ cylinder (after removing BB insert). French key and BB insert-temporary cylinder included as standard.

Handle - set of folding handles. PzBb (polypropylene) made of round profile, rounded ends, black color.

Hinges - leaf and box with two hinges, which are attached separately to the leaf and the box. Hinges powder coated RAL 9016.
