VINCENTS POLYLINE Inwood Fire antipirenes - The INWOOD Fire antipirene is used in new and reconstructed buildings - for processing sawn timber (boards, planks, beams, etc.) to obtain wood that is difficult to burn or ignite, as well as to protect the wood surface from decay, fungi, and insects. The INWOOD Fire antipirene is also used for preventive fire protection of wood in closed building structures that are not exposed to direct atmospheric precipitation (indoors).

The INWOOD Fire antipirene can be coated with other types of coatings (varnishes, paints) to improve the external finish of the wood. The mechanism of action of the INWOOD Fire antipirene is to form a film coating on the wood surface, which turns into a dry foam layer when exposed to flames and prevents the flame from reaching the wood surface. It is non-toxic and does not contain polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs). It does not reduce the strength of the wood or cause metal corrosion.
