The IVC Commercial collection Isafe 70 is a multi-layered vinyl safety floor with a compact backing (ISO 10582 – EN 13845). Designed and manufactured in Belgium. Available in 2 m width. Isafe 70 has a total thickness of 2,00 mm and has a 0,70 mm transparent wear layer. The product construction consists of multiple PVC layers around a stable, glassfiber core. The HyperGrip surface treatment gives a matt finish, protects the floor against stains and scratches, and most importantly reaches a R12 slip rating. Isafe 70 is installed fully glued to the subfloor. This product is suited for commercial use with a level of use of 34 – 43 (ISO 10874). The collection consists out of uni, woods and tile designs, with a total of 26 references. The designs have a minimal repetition in planks. The manufacturing of Isafe 70 makes use of renewable energy. Through Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) the Environmental Profile Declarations (EPD) for the entire life cycle of IVC Commercial floors are defined. An externally licensed assessment agency calculated the products’ contributions to BREEAM, LEED, WELL, DGNB and Greenstar. The product contributes positively to environmentally accredited buildings and projects. The manufacture of floors releases low concentrations of VOCs (volatile organic compounds). Thanks to end-of-pipe technology and a vigilant testing and monitoring programme, the strictest European regulations and anti-pollution laws are met.
