Kan-therm PE-RT/Al/PE-RT Multilayer Pipe in Coils

The KAN-therm Press/Press LBP Multilayer Pipe System consists of the following layers: an inner layer made of PE-RT high thermal resistance polyethylene; a middle layer made of ultrasonically welded aluminum tape; an outer layer made of PE-RT high thermal resistance polyethylene. The aluminum layer provides diffusion impermeability and ensures that the pipes have 8 times less uniform thermal expansion than polyethylene pipes. Thanks to the welded aluminum tape, the pipes have an ideally round cross-section. The pipe is intended for installation in internal domestic water systems, central heating and cooling systems, all types of surface heating and cooling systems (floors and walls). Heating - Operating temperature 80°C / Maximum temperature 90°C / Emergency temperature 100°C / Operating pressure 10bar. Domestic water systems - Operating temperature 60°C / Maximum temperature 80°C / Emergency temperature 100°C / Operating pressure 10bar. The pipe complies with the requirements of the EN ISO 21003 standard.
