Mapefloor Finish 58 W is a two-component aliphatic, transparent or tinted polyurethane coating with a matte effect, developed according to the recipe in MAPEI scientific laboratories. After drying, Mapefloor Finish 58 W improves the surface's mechanical properties, providing resistance to abrasion and scratches. Mapefloor Finish 58 W is resistant to ultraviolet rays and does not yellow. The transparent version of the product does not have a UV ray filter, therefore it does not provide protection against this type of light. As this is a water dispersion product, it is odorless and can be safely used indoors, making it easier for workers to use.

Application

The product is ideal for creating a finishing coating for Mapefloor System and Ultratop System. The product improves surface friction resistance and resistance to scratches, while also attracting less dirt to the surface and being easier to maintain on a daily basis. Mapefloor Finish 58 W is also suitable for protecting concrete surfaces.

Examples of application

• Creating a matte, transparent or tinted finishing coating for resin-based floors, such as Mapefloor System 33, Mapefloor System 53, and Mapefloor Comfort Systems.
• Creating a matte, transparent or tinted finishing coating on self-leveling floors and coatings created using Ultratop, Ultratop Living, or Ultratop Loft.
• Creating a protective coating for concrete surfaces.
