Nocchi Biox Submersible Water Pump

The submersible pumps BIOX are designed for pumping sewage water. The pumps are used for both domestic sewage water pumping and in industry. They can be installed individually or multiple pumps can be installed in different sewage water pumping pits. They are also widely used in places where a relatively large amount of water needs to be delivered at low heights. Other applications include pumping swimming pools, preventing floods in basements, draining rainwater, and operating fountains.

Limitations of use:
1. The temperature of the pumped water must not exceed +40°C.
2. It is prohibited to pump water with mud, sand, gravel, clay, or other abrasive particles, as well as liquids containing oil products and chemically aggressive substances.
3. Not intended for garden irrigation.

Installation:
1) The pump must be placed on the floor of the pumping tank or hung above the sediment layer a few centimeters above it.
2) The pump should be positioned so that the float-type gravity valve can move freely in the vertical direction.
3) The maximum allowable submersion depth of the pump below the water level is up to 7 meters.

Adjustment of the gravity valve:
The gravity valve automatically turns the pump on and off depending on the water level. To fix it, there is a groove on the side of the pump handle.
The cable of the gravity valve is placed in this groove. The length of the cable must be adjusted so that when the gravity valve is in the lower position, the pump is guaranteed to be disconnected from the power supply.

Operation:
1. The pump must be completely submerged in water during operation.
2. The pump does not require any lubrication or pre-wetting of the housing with water. It is ready for operation immediately after being submerged in water.
