Optistep folding attic ladder OLB Basic

OptiStep OLB basic loft ladder. OptiStep OLB basic loft ladder combines high quality and reasonable price. OLB basic is a wooden loft ladder with a 20 mm thick insulation layer. Thermal transmittance coefficient U = 1.54 W/m²K. The loft ladder has an aesthetic hatch, which is covered with white HDF board on both sides. The three-part folding ladder is made of pine wood, providing convenient access to the loft, but does not take up space when folded in the room where it is installed. The ladder is designed for installation in rooms with a maximum height of 280 cm.

The hatch box of the ladder is made of spruce wood, equipped with a gasket, and metal angles are embedded in its corners, which also serve as spring supports.

The hatch cover of the ladder is covered with white HDF boards on both sides. The insulated 26mm thick sandwich type hatch is opened with the help of a control rod.

The ladder is three-part, folding, made of pine wood.

To increase the durability of the ladder, the steps are fastened to the sides of the ladder using the "dovetail" technique. For added safety, the steps have grooves to prevent slipping.
