Onduline Classic Corrugated Roofing Sheets

Onduline corrugated roof sheets PP are original roofing and cladding material produced by the French company Onduline International for over 50 years. Onduline International is a large manufacturer of various roofing and waterproofing materials, and its products are used in more than 100 countries on all continents. Onduline materials are produced in six different countries. Onduline sheets are made by saturating organic fibers with high-quality bitumen under high pressure and high temperature. The sheets are colored before impregnation with bitumen, so the color is durable and stable. Onduline sheets do not contain hazardous asbestos (like slate), do not rust or rot, and are resistant to chemical exposure.

The Onduline calculator estimates that one sheet can cover approximately 1.6m2 including overlaps!

Onduline is a very suitable material for our climatic conditions, it can withstand temperatures up to 110 ^oC as well as harsh Latvian winters.

Colors: red, brown, green, black, and transparent.

Composition of Onduline sheets:

• Distilled bitumen;
• Cellulose fibers;
• Minerals (filler);
• Thermally cured resins and mineral pigments.

• Low water absorption (DIN 52103);
• Good resistance to weather conditions;
• Biological resistance to fungi, bacteria, and microorganism (DIN 51176);
• Chemical resistance to acids and alkalis;
• Resistance to industrial gases;
• Resistance to gasoline and diesel fuel;
• Roofing suitable for collecting rainwater that can be used as drinking water.

Main parameters:

Manufacturer's warranty - 15 years. Lifespan exceeds 50 years. Onduline roofing (when properly installed) can withstand heavy snow loads and winds with speeds up to 192 km/h (according to tests conducted in the USA and the UK). Onduline sheets are made from environmentally friendly materials and do not contain harmful substances for human health.
