SAKRET FFKs Repaid tile adhesive 25kg

Sakret FFKS Fast-drying tile adhesive with improved properties - adhesive based on cement for application in thin and medium thick layers, used for bonding ceramic and concrete finishing tiles, ceramic, mosaic and stone mass tiles (except for marble tiles). Suitable for bonding on concrete and other mineral surfaces, as well as on old tiles, on gypsum board and fiber or fiberboard. Suitable for heated floors and fireplace finishes. Can be loaded after 4 hours.

Consumption: Approximately 2.6 kg/m² of dry mixture, if the trowel size is 6 mm

Substrate preparation:

• the substrate must be firm, dry, durable and without cracks;
• clean the substrate from less durable and/or detachable layers (e.g. dirt, dust, oil, paint residues, etc.);
• especially dense and/or smooth substrates should be scraped;
• prime the substrate with SAKRET UG primer. For concrete, gypsum board and other mineral substrates, dilute it with water in a ratio of 1:2, but for fiber and fiberboard, use undiluted SAKRET UG primer.

Preparation:

• mix SAKRET FFKS in a clean container with cold water until a homogeneous mass without lumps is formed;
• it is recommended to use a mixer with 600 revolutions per minute;
• after the maturing time, approximately 3 minutes, mix again;
• material that has started to harden should not be diluted with water!
• apply only as much mortar as can be tiled in approximately 10 minutes;
• do not fill expansion joints with adhesive!
