Sakret Thin-layer Floor Leveler FS (10-60mm) - a cement-based floor leveler used before finishing. Suitable for lightly loaded surfaces. Resistant to frost and moisture. Accelerated initial curing time. Plastic material for leveling. Used for correcting defects in concrete bases. Suitable for leveling full horizontal panels. Suitable for filling horizontal panel joints, suitable for heated floors. Tiles can be laid directly on the surface leveled with SAKRET FS without additional leveling. If a wooden flooring is applied on SAKRET FS, the surface must be additionally leveled with SAKRET NSP.
Consumption: 2 kg/m2 (1mm thickness)
Surface preparation:
The base must be dry and firm, all cracks and voids must be filled
Clean the surface from less durable and/or detachable layers
Prime absorbent surfaces with SAKRET UG primer (diluted 1:2)
Dry and highly absorbent surfaces must be primed twice!
The material can be used on concrete and other mineral substrates
Do not use SAKRET FS on gypsum or anhydrite substrates!
When using SAKRET FS on heated floors, turn off the heating 5 days before and do not turn it on for 28 days after material application!
Application:
Mix SAKRET FS in a clean container with cold water until a homogeneous mass without lumps is formed
It is recommended to use a mixer with 600 revolutions per minute
After the setting time of ~3 minutes, mix again
Do not dilute the material that has started to set with water, but mix again with a mixer
Pour the mass onto the surface (layer thickness >10mm) and level it
Do not fill the floor expansion joints with the leveler
When leveling the base, an amortizing material must be embedded around the perimeter
When using the material for leveling large-volume floors, the floor expansion joint intervals must be observed
Hardened mass can only be removed mechanically
Instructions:
The technical data refers to a temperature of +20°C and 50% relative air humidity. Lower temperature increases, higher temperature decreases the specified values
Protect the leveler during the curing phase from sunlight, drafts, frost, and excessively high temperatures (>25°C)
Contains cement, reacts alkaline
Protect the skin and eyes, follow the technical instructions. If the material gets into the eyes, rinse with plenty of water and, if necessary, consult a doctor
Protect the packaging from the influence of weather conditions, store on wooden pallets, in a cool and dry place, immediately cover the opened packaging
