Sakret NSP rapid-setting self-leveling compound for floors is a fast-drying, self-leveling compound (3-20mm). It can be used on heated floors, concrete surfaces. Rapid setting (10mm/24h); Smooth surface leveling; Before applying finishing coverings (carpet, linoleum, parquet, laminate, etc.); Layer thickness 3-20mm in one layer; Full and partial leveling of horizontal surfaces; Can be applied manually and mechanically; Wear class - A12; Cement-based; Non-combustible.
Consumption: 1.6 kg/m2 (in a 1mm thick layer)
Application:
The substrate must be dry and firm, all cracks and voids must be filled
Clean the substrate from less durable and/or detachable layers
Prime absorbent surfaces with SAKRET UG primer (diluted 1:2)
Dry and highly absorbent surfaces should be primed twice!
The compound can be used on concrete and other mineral substrates
It is forbidden to use SAKRET NSP on gypsum or anhydrite substrates!
When using SAKRET NSP on heated floors, the heating must be turned off 5 days before and must not be turned on for 28 days after the material is applied!
Mix SAKRET NSP in a clean container with cold water until a homogeneous mass without lumps is formed
It is recommended to use a mixer with 600 revolutions per minute
After the setting time (~3 minutes), mix again
Do not dilute the started material with water, but mix again with a mixer
Pour the compound onto the surface (layer thickness >3mm) and level with a spiked roller
Do not fill expansion joints with the leveling compound
When leveling the substrate, an amortizing material must be installed around the perimeter
When using the material for large volume floor leveling, the intervals of floor expansion joints must be observed
Technical data refers to a temperature of +20°C and 50% relative air humidity. Lower temperature increases, higher temperature decreases the specified values
Protect the leveling compound during the hardening phase from sunlight, drafts, frost, and excessively high temperatures (>25°C)
Hardened compound can only be removed mechanically
Contains cement, reacts alkaline
Protect skin and eyes, follow the technical instructions. If the material gets into the eyes, rinse with plenty of water and, if necessary, seek medical attention
Protect the packaging from the influence of weather conditions, store on wooden pallets, in a cool and dry place, immediately cover any opened packaging
