KERATERM 25 is used for exterior and interior walls of buildings. For an exterior wall built with KERATERM 25, a 10 cm thick insulation layer is required (usually mineral wool or polystyrene foam). Keraterm blocks have a sufficiently high compressive strength of 15 N/mm². They are widely used in the construction of individual buildings.

The compressive strength of 15 Mpa allows the material to be used in the construction of multi-story residential buildings. Sound insulation. The block structure, similar to a beehive, effectively absorbs sound propagation. Therefore, KERATERM is popular not only in the construction of residential buildings but also in the construction of public buildings (for example, if a building is planned to have both a bowling alley and a cinema).

Houses made of KERATERM blocks retain heat. Due to the material's structure, temperature fluctuations in the rooms are minimal. This allows for energy savings and reduced operating costs.

Like other ceramic products, KERATERM is fire-resistant and can withstand very high temperatures without visible deformation.

Walls made of KERATERM breathe and are dry. The capillarity of ceramics ensures the transport of moisture from the interior to the exterior of the room in the direction of the heat and moisture gradient.

KERATERM is 100% natural material. It is produced using Latvian clay and only natural additives (water, sawdust).

The vertical joint allows for savings on mortar, as it does not need to be filled in vertical seams.
