Sakret GMS F M10 Lime for gas concrete blocks with antifreeze additive for work at temperatures up to -10°C, for all types of internal and external wall masonry. Strength class M10. Suitable for both outdoor and indoor use. Water and frost resistant adhesive. Excellent adhesive properties, excellent mechanical and climatic durability. Particularly suitable for use in cold weather. Can be used for manual or mechanized construction, in gray color, high hydrophobicity and water vapor permeability, suitable for chimney masonry. 1660kg = 1m3 of ready mix.
Construction:
Blocks or bricks must be clean and dry, they must not be frozen or frosty
Clean the surface from less durable and/or detachable layers
Moisten highly absorbent bricks/blocks
Mix SAKRET GMS-F in a clean container with cold water (use warm water in winter conditions) until a homogeneous mass without lumps is formed
It is recommended to use a mixer with 600 revolutions per minute
After the maturing time (~3 minutes), mix again
The temperature of the construction mixture at the time of concreting should not be lower than +80C
Immediately after completing the work, the structure must be protected, first with a waterproofing material and then with a thermal insulation material, for example - with polyethylene film and mineral wool boards
The temperature of the base or formwork must be such that the concrete does not freeze before reaching the critical or calculated temperature, with a minimum of +5°C
Ready mixes with a class no lower than M5 can be used
All bricks and blocks must be cleared of snow and ice before masonry
It is recommended to perform thermal calculations for the concrete structure (concrete cooling time, required thermal insulation properties, concrete pouring temperature)
Above +5°C, antifreeze additives act as accelerators of hardening
Technical data refers to a temperature of +20°C and 50% relative humidity. Lower temperature increases, higher temperature decreases the specified values
Protect the mix during the hardening phase from sunlight, drafts, and excessively high temperatures (>30°C)
Protect fresh mortar from rain and excessively rapid drying
Once the mix has started to set, water should not be added anymore!
Immediately after preparing the mix, rinse the containers and tools with water
Hardened mix can only be cleaned mechanically
Contains cement, reacts alkaline
Protect the skin and eyes, follow the technical instructions. If the mix gets into the eyes, rinse with plenty of water and, if necessary, seek medical attention
Protect the packaging from the influence of weather conditions, store on wooden pallets, in a cool and dry place, immediately cover any torn packaging
