Sakret Self-leveling mixture for wooden surfaces HDA For leveling and filling wooden floorboards, parquet, wood fiber boards and all mineral surfaces. Used before laying PVC materials, ceramic tiles and slabs, various types of carpet flooring. SAKRET HDA is reinforced with fibers, hardens with low tension and can be applied in a layer up to 20 mm thick without reinforcing fabric. Intended for indoor use. Can be prepared by hand or with a mixer. Suitable for heated floors.
Consumption: 1.6 kg/m2 (1mm thick layer)
Surface preparation:
The base must be dry and firm, all cracks and voids must be filled
Clean the base from less durable and/or detachable layers
Use shock-absorbing tape where the floor meets the wall, columns, etc.
The gap between the battens should be < 65 cm, board thickness < 20 mm
Wood surfaces should be primed with SAKRET UG primer (in concentrated form). OSB boards should be primed with SAKRET QG primer. In case of doubt, priming and application of HDA should be done on a small surface area
Absorbent surfaces should be primed with SAKRET UG primer (in a ratio of 1:2)
Dry and highly absorbent surfaces should be primed twice!
It is forbidden to use SAKRET HDA on gypsum or anhydrite substrates!
When using SAKRET HDA on heated floors, the heating must be turned off 5 days before and must not be turned on for 28 days after the material is applied!
Usage:
Mix SAKRET HDA in a clean container with cold water until a homogeneous mass without lumps is formed
It is recommended to use a mixer with 600 revolutions per minute
After the maturing time of ~3 minutes, mix again
Pour the mixture onto the prepared surface (layer thickness >3mm) and level it with a spiked roller
Do not fill expansion joints with the leveling compound
When leveling the base, a shock-absorbing material must be embedded around the perimeter
