Bauroc Winter White Block Mortar, 25kg

BAUROC White block adhesive is a mineral mixture designed for bonding AEROC EcoTerm Plus, AEROC Classic, AEROC EcoLight, AEROC Universal 300/200, and AEROC Hard blocks both for interior and exterior construction, in both summer and winter conditions. Winter adhesive mixtures have special markings (snowflakes) on the packaging and contain additives against freezing. A bag of AEROC block adhesive (25 kg) is mixed with approximately 7 - 7.5 liters (30%) of clean water. The adhesive mixture is mixed with a mixer until it becomes a uniform mass. The mixing time is at least two minutes, then the mixture is left for about 10 minutes and mixed again. The prepared mixture should be used within 3 hours after adding water. The adhesive is applied to a clean surface, free from debris and dust. The adhesive can be applied with a trowel, adhesive box, or toothed trowel. Make sure that the entire surface of the block to be bonded is covered with adhesive. The joint thickness in the walls is approximately 2 mm. The temperature of the blocks and adhesive during bonding should be above +5°C. Adding water to the mixing container does not restore the initial properties of the adhesive that has started to harden. The horizontal surface of the masonry must be protected from precipitation.
