Weber (Vetonit) floor leveler 5500 - Universal floor leveler. For leveling and creating slopes on floors. Suitable for heated surfaces. Moisture resistant. Can be applied by hand. Suitable for concrete substrates. Industrially prepared mortar - just add water, ready for application. Moisture resistant, low alkalinity, without casein. Suitable for all types of floor finishes. Easy and quick to apply.

Consumption: 1.8 kg/m2 (1mm thickness)

Application:

The substrate to be treated must be stable, dry, and free from substances that weaken adhesion: dust and oils. The substrate must be primed with Weber.floor 4716 (ex MD 16).

Mix the dry mortar only with clean water. Do not add more water than indicated - it will reduce the quality of the mixture. Mix for about 3-5 minutes until a workable, homogeneous mass without air bubbles and lumps is obtained. Let the mixture stand for about 3-5 minutes, then mix again.

Weber.vetonit 5500 can be applied in a layer of 3-20 mm. In areas where there are gaps and depressions, the layer can be up to 30 mm.

When applying multiple layers, make sure the previous layer is completely dry and hard. For achieving perfectly smooth surfaces, the surface should be additionally leveled with Weber 4150 (ex maxit Floor 4150) or skimmed with Weber.vetonit 3000 (ex Vetonit 3000). Do not paint or use without a floor finish. When installing a floor finish, consider the moisture parameters specified by the manufacturer.
