Smalkā, ātri cietējošā remontjava weber S-06 - Fine cementitious mortar for repairing walls, floors, stairs, balconies, and facades, as well as leveling concrete foundations after formwork removal. Suitable for concrete and all types of mineral-based substrates, plastered or leveled with cement-based materials. Compressive strength: 20-25 MPa.

Application

• The substrate to be treated must be stable, dry, and free from substances that weaken adhesion: debris, dust, and oils. • The dry mixture should only be mixed with clean water. Do not add more water than indicated - it reduces the adhesive properties of the material. Mixing should be done with a mixer for 3-5 minutes until a workable, homogeneous mass without lumps is obtained. Then let the mixture stand for about 5 minutes and mix lightly again. • Weber S-06 is applied with a trowel in a layer 2-10 mm thick. • If the mixed, not yet applied concrete mortar starts to set, it is strictly forbidden to add additional water - the mixture can only be mixed with fresh, just mixed mortar. • To prevent cracks due to rapid moisture release, it is advisable to cover the surfaces immediately after application with polyethylene film or a wet cloth and keep them moist for 2 days.
