Weber Floor Base 10 Self-Leveling Concrete for Floors 25kg

Weber (Vetonit) dry concrete for floor bases floor base 10 - For building cement floors indoors and in basements, as well as on terraces and balconies. Can be used with underfloor heating systems. Moisture resistant. Can be applied manually or mechanically. Strength: 20 Mpa. Suitable for concrete, stone/ceramic tiles, polystyrene and mineral fiber insulation boards. Industrially prepared mixture - ready for use by adding water. Quick and easy to apply.

Application:

• The substrate to be treated must be dry and free from substances that weaken adhesion: debris, dust and oils. The temperature of the substrate and air during application and for a week after application must be above +10OC. The substrate must be primed with Weber.vetonit MD16.• The dry mixture should be mixed only with clean water. Do not add more water than indicated - it reduces the adhesive properties of the material. Mixing should be done with a mixer for 3-5 minutes, until a workable, homogeneous mass without lumps is obtained. Then let the mixture stand for about 5 minutes and mix lightly again.• Weber.floor BASE 10 is applied with a trowel in a layer 10-80 mm thick. The thickness of the layer for underfloor heating should be no less than 40 mm, on insulation boards - 30 mm. During application and for one day after application, avoid drafts.• To prevent cracks due to rapid moisture release, the surface should be covered with polyethylene film or burlap immediately after application and moistened for 2 days.• The surface can be walked on after 6 hours (at +20OC). The next layer can be applied or the final floor covering can be installed after 1-3 days. When installing the final floor covering, the moisture parameters specified by the manufacturer must be taken into account.
