Self-leveling floor finishing compound (0-10 mm) weberfloor 3100 - Fine, moisture-resistant leveling compound for leveling concrete floors before installing the final coating. Can be applied on heated substrates. Compressive strength: > 30 MPa.

Consumption: 1.5 kg/m2 (1mm thick layer)

Application:

• The substrate to be treated must be stable, dry and free from substances that weaken adhesion: debris, dust and oils. The temperature of the substrate and air during application and one week after application must be above +10OC. The substrate must be primed with Weber.vetonit MD16.• The dry mixture should be mixed only with clean water. Do not add more water than indicated - it reduces the adhesive properties of the material. Mixing should be done with a mixer for 3-5 minutes until a workable, homogeneous mass without lumps is obtained. Then let the mixture stand for about 5 minutes and mix lightly again.• Weberfloor 3100 is applied with a trowel in a layer 0-10 mm thick or mechanically with a pump in a layer 2-10 mm thick. Application should be done continuously until the entire area to be leveled is covered. For mechanical application, the maximum width of the pumped area is 10-12 meters, so wider areas should be temporarily divided with a boundary tape. During application and for one day after application, avoid drafts.• The surface covered with the compound can be walked on after 2-4 hours (at +20OC). If necessary, sanding can be done after 4-6 hours. On substrates with expansion joints or deformation seams, the layer of compound must be cut and the cut area filled with polyurethane mastic. The next layer can be applied or the final floor finish can be installed after one day. When installing the final floor finish, the moisture parameters specified by the manufacturer must be taken into account.
