Self-leveling floor rapid repair mixture with fibers (0-10 mm) weberfloor 3030 - Fiber-reinforced building mixture for repairing cracked, damaged floor bases, as well as for constructing gypsum board floors. Particularly suitable for old wooden plank and chipboard bases. It results in a ready smooth surface for the installation of finishing coatings. Can be applied on heated bases. Can be applied on wood, gypsum board, PVC, synthetic resin, stone/ceramic tiles, and concrete bases. Compressive strength class: C 25.

Consumption: 1.5 kg/m2 (1mm thick layer)

Application:

• Apply the product on bases with a tensile strength above 0.5 MPa and a relative humidity below 95%. The base to be treated must be free from substances that weaken adhesion: debris, dust, and oils. The temperature of the base and air during application and one week after application must be above +10°C. Prime the base with webervetonit MD 16.• For additional reinforcement of the product layer, glass fiber mesh weber.floor 4945 can be used. The mesh should be cut into strips and rolled out on the base, creating a 50 mm overlap at the joints. To prevent the mesh from floating on the surface, it should be pressed onto the base. When using the mesh, the thickness of the leveling layer should be 10 mm.• The dry mixture should be mixed only with clean water, following the specified proportion. Mixing should be done with a mixer for 3-5 minutes, until a workable, homogeneous mass without lumps is obtained. Then let the mixture stand for about 5 minutes and mix lightly again. The temperature of the mixed mixture should be at least +10°C, so warm water with a temperature up to +35°C should be used in cold weather. When mechanically applying the mixture with a pump, a flow characteristic test must be performed both before and during application.• Apply the product with a trowel or mechanically with a pump in a layer up to 10 mm thick, using a spatula for easy leveling. The maximum width of the pumped areas during application is 10-12 meters, so wider areas should be temporarily divided with a boundary tape. During application and for 3 days after application, avoid water getting on the applied surface and drafts.• The surface can be walked on after 2-4 hours (at +20°C). Sanding and filling, if necessary, can be done after 4-6 hours, using self-leveling finishing putty weberfloor 3100. On bases with expansion joints or deformation seams, the material layer must be cut and the cut area filled with polyurethane mastic. The floor finishing coating can be installed after 1-2 days. When installing the coating, the moisture parameters specified by the manufacturer must be taken into account. Moisture measurements and drying assessment should be carried out at all levels of the floor structure - from the base to the top layer.
