WEBER 4400 floor leveler (0 - 30mm) 20kg

Universal fast-setting floor repair mortar - filler (0-30 mm) weberfloor 4400 - Fast-curing building mortar for leveling, shaping and filling of concrete floors before installing the final finish. Can be applied on heated substrates, as well as on terraces and balconies. Compressive strength: ≥ 30 N/mm2.

Consumption: 1.6 kg/m2 (1mm thick layer)

Application:

• The substrate to be treated must be dry and free from substances that weaken adhesion: debris, dust and oils. The temperature of the substrate and air during application and one week after application must be above +10OC. The substrate must be primed with Weber.vetonit MD16.• The dry mixture should be mixed only with clean water. Do not add more water than indicated - it reduces the adhesive properties of the material. Mixing should be done with a mixer for 3-5 minutes until a workable, homogeneous mass without lumps is obtained. Then let the mixture stand for about 5 minutes and mix lightly again.• Weberfloor 4400 is applied with a trowel in a layer of 0-30 mm. In areas where cracks and depressions need to be filled, the layer can reach 50 mm. When applying multiple layers, make sure that the previous layer has fully cured. During application and for one day after application, avoid drafts.• The surface can be walked on after 1 hour (at +20OC). If the thickness of the applied layer does not exceed 10 mm, it is possible to sand, apply the next layer or perform floor finishing after 2 hours. When applying the material in a thicker layer, the curing time is accordingly extended. On substrates with expansion joints or deformation seams, the material layer must be cut and the cut area filled with polyurethane sealant. When installing the floor finish, the moisture parameters specified by the manufacturer must be taken into account.
