weber SAD-54 Polymer dispersion primer for interior and exterior work on deep-absorbing substrates. Used before waterproofing coatings, leveling compounds for walls, ceilings and floors, tile adhesives, and painting. Strengthens the base surfaces and improves adhesion to all types of mineral substrates, gypsum materials, gas concrete, and other moisture-absorbing substrates.

Application:

• The substrate to be treated must be stable, dry or slightly damp, and free from substances that weaken adhesion: debris, dust, and oils. It is recommended to make the surface of gypsum board rougher before priming using sandpaper. The temperature of the substrate and air during application should be above +5°C.• The substrate usually needs to be primed at least twice. In the first application, Weber SAD-54 should be diluted with water in a 1:1 ratio. The second coat should be applied in concentrated form.• Weber SAD-54 is applied with a roller or a soft brush in a crisscross pattern. Do not allow puddles to form. The second priming can be done no earlier than after one hour. The drying time for the second coat is 4 hours. Mechanical application with a pump is also possible.
