Icopal Bitumen grounds Siplast Primer on a solvent-based - Icopal Siplast Primer consists of organic solvents and bitumen additives, which provide ground stability, deep penetration into the substrate, and fast drying time. Icopal Siplast Primer is used for priming concrete or metal surfaces before laying bitumen roll materials. When applied in multiple layers, Icopal Siplast Primer serves as a lightweight waterproofing for foundations, walls, and other structures. Before application, the substrate must be cleaned of dust and other debris. The treated surface must be dry. The material is applied in a thin layer with a brush. The product is applied in one layer if used as a primer for the initial waterproofing layer, and in two layers if a protective lightweight waterproofing is being created.

Drying time is approximately 2 hours at a temperature of +20 ˚C. The material can be applied if the air temperature is not below +5 ˚C. Consumption: Approximately 0.15 - 0.25 kg/m2, depending on the porosity of the treated surface.

Icopal Siplast Primer should not be stored near a direct heat source or exposed to direct sunlight.
