Sakret SFP rough facade putty - For leveling mineral surfaces and profiling facade elements in new buildings and historic buildings. Particularly suitable for finishing wall constructions with high water vapor permeability (porous, weak substrates). For interior and exterior work. Can be used in SAKRET restoration and historic plaster systems as a finishing layer. For profiling joints and other facade elements. High vapor permeability.

ApplicationSurface preparation

• The substrate must be dry, firm and free of cracks. Clean the substrate from less durable and/or detachable layers, as well as from dust, dirt, oil, paint residues, etc.
• Highly absorbent mineral surfaces and plasterboard should be primed with SAKRET BG primer or diluted concentrated SAKRET UG primer, in a ratio of 1:3
• Leaking surfaces should be primed with SAKRET TGW deep primer
• Non-absorbent surfaces should be primed with SAKRET QG quartz primer
• Especially dense and smooth surfaces should be treated with abrasive material

Application

• For preparing the putty, mix the dry mixture in a clean container with cold water until a homogeneous mass of the desired consistency is formed, without lumps. Mix again after the setting time
• Apply the prepared mixture to the surface with a putty knife and spread it evenly
• To achieve a smooth surface texture, smooth the applied putty using a trowel with a rubber pad (felting method)
