Sakret TCM component waterproofing - Designed for vertical and horizontal waterproofing of buildings. Suitable for spaces with increased humidity - saunas, shower rooms, bathrooms, basements, balconies, terraces, and similar structures. Suitable for interior and exterior work. Resistant to UV rays, frost-resistant, forms a flexible membrane. Designed for application on rigid mineral substrates - concrete, porous concrete, brickwork, plaster (CSII and CSIII class), etc. Intended for waterproofing under tile finishes.

Consumption: approx. 2.8 kg/m2

Application - Surface preparation

• The surface must be dry and firm, all cracks and voids must be filled
• Clean the substrate from less durable and/or detachable layers

Usage

• Pour part of the liquid component (B) into a clean container and add the dry component (A), mix, then add the remaining liquid component (B) until a homogeneous mass of the desired consistency is formed without lumps
• After the maturing time, ~3 min., mix again
• Component ratio A:B = 2.5:1
• Do not mix the material that has started to harden with the liquid component again!
• Apply the prepared waterproofing with a trowel or brush
• Apply the second layer perpendicular to the first layer
• The two-component waterproofing should be applied within 60 minutes
• Apply the second coat approximately after 4-6 hours, when the first coat has hardened and cannot be mechanically damaged
• The curing time depends on temperature, air humidity, and coat thickness
• The thickness of one coat is up to 2mm
