Magnetic base which allows for it to be mounted directly to metal track to ensure accurate projections all around. Locking pendulum to help prevent damage to internal components. Projects 1 horizontal and 4 vertical lines to create 4 cross lines. Magnetically dampended pendulum. Runs on 4 x AA batteries (supplied) + 4 rechargeable batteries.
