Details

Wide application, neutral silicone sealant with weather resistance and mold-resistant properties, and excellent adhesion for sealing works in greenhouses and winter gardens. Creates a flexible and temperature-resistant seal with many porous and non-porous materials such as metals, plastics, wood, and aluminum.

APPLICATION

Glazing works in greenhouses and winter gardens.

Sealing of joints in greenhouses.

Insulation and sealing of window and door frames.

Insulation and sealing of organic glass, corrugated and embossed plastic, or polycarbonate structures. Ensures excellent adhesion with the most common greenhouse construction materials.

ADHESION: Glass, Glazed surfaces, Wood, Ceramic tiles, Plastics, Metal surfaces, Stone surfaces, Painted, colored, and treated surfaces

USAGE

Cut the top threaded part of the cartridge and attach the special nozzle (applicator) for applying the sealant. The nozzle should be cut in a way that creates a sufficient opening for dispensing. Insert the cartridge with the applicator into the gun and fill the applicator with the sealant by pressing the gun's trigger several times. Apply the sealant to the joint, pressing the gun's trigger evenly and pulling the applicator along the joint. After applying the sealant, smooth it with a rubber spatula. Remove any excess sealant. If necessary, protect adjacent surfaces from smudging with, for example, painter's tape. Remove the tape immediately after finishing the work or when the sealant has cured. For wider and movable joints, use polyethylene cord as a support material to ensure the correct thickness and shape of the seal and to avoid three-sided adhesion. Ensure proper ventilation in all joint areas. During the curing process, make sure that dirt does not settle on the surface and that the seam surface is not affected by mechanical stress.
