Bauroc Easyfix Wall Panel Adhesive 750ml

BAUROC EASYFIX is a polyurethane adhesive for non-load-bearing partition construction using bauroc partition boards or bauroc blocks up to a width of 150mm. With EASYFIX polyurethane adhesive, the construction of partitions is faster and more convenient. To glue the partition blocks in place, there is no need for electricity, water, carrying heavy bags of adhesive, or complicated tool maintenance. Please note that the adhesive is intended only for the construction of non-load-bearing partitions with a thickness of 150, 100, 75mm and a total fire resistance of EI90.

During the gluing process, the air temperature should be within the range of -5°C...+35°C, the temperature of the can within the range of +5°C...+30°C, and the best result is achieved at +20°C. The surfaces to be glued must be smooth and free of dust. We recommend using a bauroc sanding block for uneven areas, and any dust resulting from sanding should be cleaned with a brush. The adhesive foam hardens due to moisture, so if the packaging of the blocks has been opened and the blocks have completely dried, the block surface to be glued needs to be moistened. As soon as the blocks are unpacked from the plastic wrap, additional moistening is not necessary, as they already contain the necessary amount of moisture due to the production process. Connect the aerosol can to the foam gun and shake the product thoroughly, 15-20 times. Apply the adhesive in 2-4cm wide foam strips both horizontally and vertically on the surfaces to be glued. For the construction of walls up to 100mm thick, one wide foam strip can be applied in the middle of the block or two parallel narrow foam strips. For walls thicker than 100mm, two wider foam strips should be applied. The glued blocks should be firmly pressed together. The adhesive forms a strong bond within 30 minutes.

The aerosol can should not be stored at temperatures above +50°C, near sources of heat, or in direct sunlight. The curing adhesive foam should be protected from UV rays. The cans should be stored in an upright position at a temperature of +5°C...+30°C. This product may cause allergic reactions in people who are sensitive to diisocyanates. People with asthma, eczema, or skin diseases should avoid contact with this product, including skin contact. This product should not be used in poorly ventilated areas unless a protective mask with an appropriate gas filter (i.e. a type A1 filter in accordance with standard EN 14387) is used. Technical data: One-component polyurethane adhesive. Surface drying time: 8-15 minutes, final curing time: 24 hours (+23°C, 50% RH). Cured adhesive foam temperature tolerance: -40°C to +90°C.
