Weber S-100 Dry Concrete Mix 25kg

Dry concrete Cement mixture for large volume concrete and monolithic works - for pouring foundations and floors, forming overlays, constructing load-bearing columns and other concrete structures. Suitable for concrete and all types of mineral-based substrates, plastered or leveled with cement-based materials. Compressive strength: 25 MPa.

Application:

• The base to be treated must be stable, dry and free from substances that weaken adhesion: debris, dust and oils.

• The dry mixture should only be mixed with clean water. Do not add more water than indicated - it reduces the adhesive properties of the material. Mixing should be done with a mixer for 3-5 minutes until a workable, homogeneous mass without lumps is obtained. Then let the mixture stand for about 5 minutes and mix lightly again.

• Weber S-100 should be applied with a trowel in a layer at least 30 mm thick on stable, load-bearing substrates and at least 50 mm thick on heated surfaces.

• If the mixed, not yet applied concrete starts to set, it is strictly forbidden to add additional water - the mixture can only be mixed with fresh, just mixed concrete.

• To prevent cracks due to rapid moisture evaporation, it is advisable to cover the surfaces with polyethylene film or burlap immediately after application and moisten for 2 days.
