Caparol Capatect Adhesive and Reinforcement Mortar 176 for Polystyrene and Mineral Wool 25KG

A dry mineral mixture with improved reinforcing fibers for the bonding and reinforcement of insulation boards in Capatect STANDARD A and B thermal insulation systems. The bonding and reinforcement mixture is used for bonding insulation boards and creating a reinforcement layer in Capatect STANDARD thermal insulation systems.

Setting time - not less than 10 min.

Bond strength with concrete - not less than:

- in dry conditions: 0.5 MPa

- in polystyrene boards: 0.08 MPa

in water:

- with concrete: 0.5 MPa

- in polystyrene boards: 0.08 MPa

Loss of durability:

- After 50 freeze/thaw cycles - not more than 25%
