The Einhell TE-CD 18 Li cordless impact drill/driver has a brushless motor that provides better performance and longer runtime than a regular carbon brush motor. Using a brushless battery impact drill/driver, there is no mechanical wear. As a member of the Power X-Change family, all batteries from the line with high-performance lithium-ion battery cells can also be used with the TE-CD 18 Li Brushless. The impact drilling action helps the user tackle tasks involving stubborn materials; the impact mechanism provides the power needed to penetrate hard, brittle materials such as stone or concrete. For powerful driving and fast drilling, the cordless impact drill/driver also has a two-speed gearbox. The quick-stop function allows for quick and easy tool changes, so they can be used in the high-quality 13 mm metal drill chuck. Impact drilling involves tremendous forces, which DIY enthusiasts also feel; therefore, an additional handle helps reduce user fatigue, and the ergonomic design with Softgrip ensures comfortable use. To have a clear view of the work area, where visibility is poor in new constructions, attics, or hard-to-reach places, there is an LED light. This product is delivered without a battery or charger. Batteries and chargers for the Power X-Change range of products are available separately.
