Kiilto Keramix A+X Two-component waterproofing membrane for balconies and terraces 5+5kg

A very fast drying 2-component waterproofing membrane for wet areas, balconies and terraces, for use before tiling. Suitable for use both outdoors and in underfloor heating systems. Can also be used to insulate rooms against air leaks and radon.

 

Special features: fast drying, good self-leveling properties, paste consistency, ideal for smoothing and sealing wet areas in apartments and public areas, tested for durability on terraces, balconies and unheated wet areas, dries quickly: tested for 1 + 1.5 hours for air leak resistance (Vahanen). Kiilto Keramix A+X is a 2-component waterproofing membrane for indoor and outdoor use before tiling. Suitable for application with a roller or brush. If used outdoors, reinforce joints and seams with butyl tape. Also suitable for sealing air leaks. Not suitable for areas permanently submerged in water (e.g. swimming pools) or areas exposed to temperatures above 70 °C (e.g. sauna steam room walls). Compared to other Kiilto waterproofing membranes, the 2-component Keramix A+X has the highest vapor permeability. This means that this membrane provides the most breathable membrane for underground construction. However, make sure that capillary moisture does not penetrate under the Keramix A+X membrane.
