The inSPORTline Julisa vibration platform is ideal for body toning and shaping, muscle relaxation, or recovery after physical activities. The massage is extremely effective, relaxing, safe, and time-efficient. You can choose the muscle groups you want to strengthen or relax (depending on the position you take on the platform). You can either stand or sit on it or assume another position. It's completely up to you. You can also use removable, adjustable resistance bands with soft handles. The vibration platform makes the exercise more effective by engaging deep stabilizing muscles.

The inSPORTline Julisa vibration platform offers 3 types of vibrations. You can also choose from 60 vibration speeds, allowing you to adjust the difficulty of the workout or the intensity of the massage.
