Nexler Ultimax PYE PV 35FF Roofing Underlayment, 7.5m2

NEXLER PREMIUM PYE PV160 S30 membrane is designed for waterproofing as a sublayer for multi-layer roof coverings, especially recommended for roofs that require long service life. NEXLER PREMIUM PYE PV160 S30 membrane is also recommended for creating moisture or waterproofing of underground parts of buildings (A and T types). The membrane is also designed as a bottom layer for gutters, roof windows, chimneys, roof drains, wall window waterproofing, expansion joints, and roof drainage pipes, and places where significant thermal and dynamic roof movements are expected. The membrane can also be used as a vapor control layer. The allowable roof slope is from 1%. The membrane used for roof waterproofing is additionally tested for flammability and meets the ignition standard.  

Conditions of use: Insulation using NEXLER PREMIUM PYE PV160 S30 should be done according to the basic project in accordance with the current building regulations and in accordance with the detailed insulation project and IZOLMAT insulation system formation guidelines and technical specifications of the product.  

Method of use: NEXLER PREMIUM PYE PV160 S30 should be attached by adhering to a previously primed concrete base or galvanized steel plate base. The membrane can also be attached to EPS insulation boards. The base must be mechanically resistant and free from dirt, greasy stains, or water.
