Mapei Plan R35 Plus fast-setting fine floor and wall leveling compound (0-50mm)

Plan R35 Plus is a fast-setting, cement-based fine fraction mortar for leveling indoor floors and walls, with a thickness range of 0 - 50 mm. Plan R35 Plus consists of cement, fine fraction aggregates, and synthetic additives. Plan R35 Plus is a thixotropic mortar that is easy to apply, has good adhesion, and dries quickly, allowing for painting, floor covering, or ceramic tile installation after 3 to 4 hours. Plan R35 Plus does not produce dust or cracks during the curing process, and the created layer quickly achieves high flexural and compressive strength. The surface also has high abrasion resistance.

The surface created with Plan R35 is very smooth, making it particularly suitable for preparing the base before installing all types of soft floor coverings.

By adding the polymer additive Latex Plus, it is possible to improve the adhesion of Plan R35 Plus to metal surfaces, old rubber floor coverings, PVC, fiberboard, parquet, wood, linoleum, and similar surfaces.

APPLICATION

For repairing and leveling floors, walls, stairs, and corners when quick installation and a smooth surface are required.
